Its raining, its pouring, little Peep is snoring.....tucked safe inside Maddison's comfy robe after getting too wet in the outside aviary. How cute is this?
Funny thing how we adore this little Quail....he LOVES to come in to the house to visit. We give his some special treats and let him run around on the floor. Poor little guy, desert birds DO NOT like the rain. He looks pretty happy drying off with Maddison though doesn't he?

yes he does and I love the little button quails myself and also have a quaker parrot named arnold who is a gas when he starts LOL !!! Love the blog enjoy the day .

Oh wow how utterly cute . I used to raise button quails back home and yes they dont like the rain at all . I love birds always have . I am now proudly owned by a quaker parrot named arnold and he is a mess . LOL , I guess that is why we get along so well .
Maddison has a gift. What a blessing that you were able to discover it so young. Our little ones may have diabetes, but in other ways...they are more than special!
